The always-outspoken 39-year-old logged 330 ODIs throughout his storied career before hanging it up. On a day when the English attack was too much for most of the Sri Lankan batsmen, the elder statesman showed he still has some gas in the tank, mustering the second-highest score on the squad and was one of just two batsmen to break 18 runs. He'll finish his ODI career with 22 tons and 47 half-centuries to his name, having played his first one all the way back in Dec. 1999 against Zimbabwe.
