Seattle signed Lumsden, the outstanding player and leading rusher in Canadian college football last year, to a rookie free-agent contract Sunday, the Canadian Press reports. Lumsden will attend the team's mini-camp in Seattle on Apr. 29. Lumsden set the single season rushing record with 1,816 yards, the single-season touchdown record (21) and the career touchdown record (43) for Canadian college football. He finished his career at MacMaster University with 4,328 yards.
