ANALYSIS
Waugh played in 71 games for Binghamton of the AHL last season. Even if he makes the Senators roster in training camp, Waugh doesn't offer much of a scoring punch -- he only tallied three goals and three assists in 2007-08. At 6-4, 215, the bruising blueliner earns his paycheck being an enforcer, racking up 139 penalty minutes last season.
