Saprykin will likely sign to play the upcoming season in Russia, according to reports from overseas.
ANALYSIS
HC CSKA is the likely landing spot. Dump him from your keeper roster. It might only be a one-year deal but he's not worth holding a spot for.

A depth forward at best, Saprykin may find himself short of minutes on a Phoenix squad deep up front. Unless he finds himself involved in a trade to a city that will use him more, his fantasy worth is limited to the role he plays with the Coyotes.
Acquired from Calgary in 2004, Saprykin might have an even better year with the new NHL rules after career highs in goals, assists and points in 2003-04. He has good speed and seems to be over a knee injury he suffered in February 2005 in Russia.
