Boscagli completed a move to Brighton from PSV, the club announced.

Boscagli joins Brighton after the end of his time with PSV in the Eredivisie. A talented center-back, Boscagli offers some strong upside, and should compete for starting minutes immediately in Brighton. Boscagli made 11 appearances in the Champions League alone for PSV last season.
