Coulibaly completed a move to Strasbourg from Dortmund, the club announced.

Coulibaly made the switch to Strasbourg from Dortmund. He spent last season on loan with Brest and didn't play a large role, but should have the chance for more playing with Strasbourg. Coulibaly should compete for immediate minutes at center-back for Strasbourg.
