Posch wasn't redeemed by Atalanta by the June 24 deadline, Tuttomercatoweb reported.

Posch only played seven times (five starts) since transferring in January, as he missed months due to a thigh injury. Atalanta didn't activate their option to buy and would have to re-negotiate if they wanted him back. He's unlikely to stay at Bologna, where he had fallen out of favor.
