Can't find range in loss to Chad Laprise
WelterweightUFC
December 16, 2017
Bofando lost to Chad Laprise via TKO (punches) at 4:10 of Round 1 at UFC on FOX 26 on Saturday in Winnipeg.
ANALYSIS
It was a dreadful effort from Bofando on the heels of his impressive knockout win over Charlie Ward in July. Bofando scored an early knockout but he was unable to do anything with afterwards and Laprise slowly worked his way back into the fight. Bofando moves pretty well and throws a bunch of awkward strikes but this was a significant step backwards. At age 35, there's little hope for Bofando moving forward.

Scores rare slam knockout at UFC Fight Night Glasgow
WelterweightUFC
July 16, 2017
Bofando defeated Charlie Ward via KO (slam) at 2:10 of Round 1 at UFC Fight Night on Sunday in Glasgow, Scotland
ANALYSIS
Very few fights in the UFC have ended like this one. Bofando defended a throw from Ward, and he appeared to shove his opponent to the ground. Ward landed awkwardly on his head and was knocked out cold. Prior to the knockout, Bofando looked great. He bounced around on the outside and landed a variety of exotic kicks. With a few more wins like this, he will likely make some noise in the welterweight division.
