Inaccurate in Thursday's loss
FGeelong Cats
October 1, 2020
Hawkins tallied 13 disposals (eight kicks, five handballs), seven marks, five behinds and four tackles in Thursday's 58-42 loss to the Power.
ANALYSIS
Hawkins did everything except kicks goals for the Cats, missing all six shots, some of which were certainly kickable. Despite a somewhat strong performance, Hawkins is on the ground to kick goals and so when his shots are off, it typically costs the team quite significantly. The loss continues a run of poor first-round performances for the Cats, having now been defeated in four straight opening week matchups.

Dominates in win
FGeelong Cats
August 14, 2020
Hawkins scored six goals and two behinds while making 10 marks and providing two assists during Friday's 91-31 win over Port Adelaide.
ANALYSIS
Hawkins jumped clear at the top as the best scorer in the Premiership. Unlike some of the star forwards, Hawkins is backing up his goals by making more plays, and it's resulted in some of the best efforts of his season coming in his last three matches. With the Cats in such good form, Hawkins looks likely to be a key part of their success if they're to pass Port Adelaide at the top of the ladder.

FGeelong Cats
August 10, 2020
Hawkins scored five goals and made five marks to go with 11 disposals (nine kicks, two handballs) during Monday's 93-34 win over Saint Kilda.
