Set to miss finale
DCarlton Blues
September 16, 2020
Docherty (calf) will not play in the final game of the 2020 season, Marni Olson-Young of the Blues' official site reports.
Docherty exited with a calf injury in the first quarter of the team's last match versus Adelaide and the issue will keep the co-captain on the sidelines for the team's finale. He will presumably aim to retake the field during the 2021 season.

Suffers injury in loss
DCarlton Blues
September 12, 2020
Docherty went down with a calf injury in the first quarter of Saturday's 72-56 loss to Adelaide.
Docherty didn't last long before having to leave the field. Though capable of some solid efforts, Docherty didn't play well down the stretch and suffered the injury with his team needing all the help they could get to make the finals. Now, Docherty is unlikely to play in the finals with the Blues' exclusion all but assured and his status may be less clear in a less-meaningful final match of the season against Brisbane.
Makes seven marks in loss
DCarlton Blues
September 3, 2020
Docherty logged 21 disposals (15 kicks, six handballs) and made seven marks during Thursday's 48-29 loss to Greater Western Sydney.
Docherty surpassed 20 disposals for the first time since Round Five and it helped to bolster his stats during a disappointing result. Docherty could re-capture some of his early-season form with a favorable schedule to finish the season, but there's no guarantee with how inconsistent his team has been.
Leads in marks
DCarlton Blues
July 3, 2020
Docherty logged one behind and collected 20 disposals (13 kicks, seven handballs) in addition to making eight marks during Thursday's 73-55 loss to Saint Kilda.
Docherty continues to lead the league in marks and this consistency in his own game helps to compensate for the erratic nature of his team's collective performances. He'll also take his good disposal record into the next match against Western Bulldogs.

DCarlton Blues
June 20, 2020
Docherty logged 23 disposals (19 kicks, four handballs) and made nine marks during Saturday's 79-77 win over Geelong.
Docherty is one of the best defensive options in the league and a valuable selection if he can fit into the lineup. He'll next have a tough matchup with Essendon.
Tied for lead in disposals
DCarlton Blues
June 13, 2020
Docherty collected 24 disposals from 16 kicks and eight handballs in addition to collecting six marks and making two tackles during Saturday's 54-53 loss to Melbourne.
Docherty is tied for the league lead in disposals from defenders, which helps provide some solid scoring options from the entire field.
