Lemmens exited Sunday's 98-30 loss to Essendon with an injured leg, AFL.com reports.
ANALYSIS
AFL.com did not provide additional information regarding the nature of Lemmens injury, noting only that the 26 year-old would be assessed by team doctors over the course of the coming week. The Suns forward was subbed out in favor of Rory Atkins, who went on to close out the game with three disposals and a mark and tackle each.

Lemmens (concussion) will rejoin the lineup for Saturday's Round 6 Sydney clash, Josh Cheadle of the Suns' official site reports.
ANALYSIS
Lemmens was hopeful to pass through the concussion protocol leading up to the contest and has apparently done just that. He will slot in as an interchange for the match along with Ben Ainsworth, Brandon Ellis and Hugh Greenwood.
