August 17, 2021
Nankervis will miss Round 23 due to a fractured finger.
ANALYSIS
Nankervis will also look to finish out his recovery from a knee injury so his 2021 season will be cut short. His year ends with an average of 22.6 hitouts per game across 16 rounds.

Big effort in return
RRichmond Tigers
July 16, 2021
Nankervis logged 22 disposals (10 kicks, 12 handballs) and made 25 hitouts during Friday's 106-86 win over Richmond in Round 18.
ANALYSIS
Nankervis returned from a knee injury and immediately showed why the Tigers missed him so much by helping out in possession more than his backups had done. Much like Scot Lycett at Port Adelaide, Nankervis is a useful ruck in fantasy even if he doesn't log a massive number of hitouts.
Probable to return

Knee - PCL
July 6, 2021
Nankervis (knee) is listed as probable to return in Round 17 against Collingwood, according to Physical Performance Manager Peter Burge. "Toby has had a good last week. He will train fully tomorrow and again Friday. He will have to get through all the usual ruck scenarios that he would do in a game before we give him the final tick off, but it is looking fairly positive at this stage."
ANALYSIS
Nankervis has been out since the end of May but would be a major piece to return for an injury-riddled club. Once in the lineup, look for him to take over at ruck.
Weeks away from return

Knee - PCL
June 25, 2021
Coach Damien Hardwick (knee) said Nankervis "is still a few weeks away" from retaking the field, AFL Ratings reports.
ANALYSIS
He suffered a PCL sprain in Round 11 and was nearing the end of the initial one-month recovery timeline, but he'll be unavailable for a bit longer. Nankervis could be back in action in mid-July if he can avoid any setbacks.

Knee - PCL
June 1, 2021
Nankervis (knee) will be sidelined for at least a month after being diagnosed with a sprained PCL, the AFL's official site reports.
ANALYSIS
He suffered the injury during the Round 11 matchup with Adelaide, though he returned to play the remainder of the contest. Nankervis is set to miss the entirety of June while recovering from the injury.
Excels in win
RRichmond Tigers
April 15, 2021
Nankervis collected 22 disposals (eight kicks, 14 handballs) and recorded 40 hitouts during Thursday's 134-48 win over Saint Kilda.
ANALYSIS
Nankervis began the season as one of the least valuable rucks available, but he's turned that around with over 20 disposals in back-to-back weeks and an improved hitout total in this match. While his hitouts may suffer when facing tougher matchups than a Saints team without Rowan Marshall, look for Nankervis to maintain a higher value if he can stay over 20 disposals per round.
