Riewoldt has had some moments this season, but his averages of 2.7 goals, 10.3 disposals and 5.2 marks don't jump off the page. The forward will remain with Richmond through 2022.

Reiwoldt scored five goals and added 20 disposals, 14 marks and a pair of behinds and tackles each Sunday as Richmond defeated Adelaide 111-83 at Giants Stadium.
Season-best aggregates for kicks (17), disposals, marks and inside 50s (5) and a goal total that matched Riewoldt's best on the year netted the 32 year-old his top fantasy output of 2021 and first 100-point performance since April 15. on Saturday He closes out the month of May on a high-note, but a median point-per-game average of 46.8 in his previous five appearances leaves him - at least for now - an unfavorable option for selection at forward.

Riewoldt scored five goals and logged three behinds to go with 17 disposals (12 kicks, five handballs) and eight marks made during Thursday's 134-48 win over Saint Kilda.
Riewoldt put up his best effort of the season so far and has put himself in early contention to lead the Premiership in goals scored with 17 through five rounds. While he hadn't recorded more than 10 disposals in a single game before Thursday's effort, he surpassed that and a few other stats during the lopsided result. If he can keep up his production in addition to his goals, Riewoldt could hold higher value as a forward.

Riewoldt scored a game-high four goals and added one goal assist and 10 disposals (nine kicks, one handball) Thursday night as Richmond opened up the 2021 season with a 105-80 victory over Carlton.
Never the most-productive goal scorer on the the Tigers' roster, Riewoldt nevertheless proved a difference-maker on Thursday night, tallying his best overall numbers since September 11 of last year. The 32 year-old also topped all tacklers with 5 and finished the match with the third-most marks inside the 50.

Riewoldt scored two goals and two behinds in addition to making three marks during Saturday's 81-50 Grand Final win over Geelong.
Riewoldt began the scoring in the second half then sealed the deal with the final points of the premiership victory. Though never one to top the fantasy scoring charts, Riewoldt remains one of the better forwards around and scored majors in all but three matches this season. He'll now celebrate a second consecutive win of the flag to finish off an excellent end to the season for the Tigers.

Riewoldt was most of the offensive work for the Tigers on a night when they really didn't need to do much to win. While not the most high-value player, Riewoldt still knows how to make an impact when needed and that can be valuable enough for a goal-focused forward.
