Lachie Weller
Productive night in loss
MGold Coast Suns
September 15, 2020
Weller ended with 23 disposals (12 kicks, 11 handballs), four tackles and three marks in Monday's 68-46 loss to Collingwood.
Weller had arguably his best game of the season, totaling 23 disposals, just one short of his season-high. He also added five clearances and four inside-50s to round out a well-balanced performance. While his upside is somewhat limited, Weller has added an element of consistency to his game of late and is worth considering as we head into the final round of the regular season.

Scores two in draw
MGold Coast Suns
August 12, 2020
Weller scored two goals and one behind to go with 18 disposals (10 kicks, eight marks) during Wednesday's 73-73 draw with Essendon.
Weller mostly focuses on his long-range strikes for goals over trying to get his hands on the footy, and this remained the case for a wild contest. He's scored in every other of the last five Rounds, and hasn't topped 20 disposals since Round Three. It's hard to see when Weller would produce much more than he did in this match.
Logs 24 disposals in win
MGold Coast Suns
June 13, 2020
Weller collected 24 disposals (13 kicks, 11 handballs) and scored one goal during Saturday's 90-46 win over West Coast Eagles.
Weller was one of the main performers in a dominating showing. Though he didn't play as big a role as Mathew Rowell, Weller looks well positioned to benefit from high-scoring contests like this one.
