ANALYSIS
McGovern has only played three times this season after making a late entry due to a back injury in early 2021. This injury could keep him out for a couple of weeks at the least.

McGovern finished out the 2020 season averaging 0.9 gals, 7.3 disposals, 3.3 marks and 1.8 tackles in his 12 appearances but hadn't yet made it back to the AFL side for 2021 due to an early back injury. That will change in Round 5, with him scheduled to take the field as a half-forward alongside Lachie Fogarty and Marc Murphy.
