Busy in win
MMelbourne Demons
April 18, 2021
Oliver logged two behinds to go with 30 disposals (13 kicks, 17 handballs) and made eight tackles during Sunday's 104-54 win over Hawthorn.
ANALYSIS
Oliver likes to go stride for stride with Max Gawn as the most productive player on this team, though Gawn appears to have his nose in front for now. In either case, Oliver and the rest of the midfield for the Dees will continue to be high-value pickups in their current run of form.

Commits to Dees through 2023
MMelbourne Demons
April 13, 2021
Oliver signed a two-year contract extension with Melbourne that ties him to the club through 2023.
ANALYSIS
Oliver has been one of the better midfielders in the league over the last two seasons and he's played a starring role in the Dees' early undefeated run to start the season. So far, he's logged 34-or-more disposals on three occasions in 2021, which have al resulted in over 100 fantasy points recorded.
Amasses 37 disposals in win
MMelbourne Demons
March 27, 2021
Oliver collected 37 disposals (17 kicks, 20 handballs) in addition to making five marks and six tackles during Saturday's 91-73 win over St Kilda.
ANALYSIS
Oliver somehow managed to be even better in round 2 with more disposals and more production across the board. If he continues to get scoring help up front, Oliver and Christian Petracca may be as good of fantasy options as one can find.
Dominant in win
MMelbourne Demons
March 20, 2021
Oliver recorded 36 disposals (10 kicks, 25 handballs) and made six marks during Saturday's 80-58 win over Freemantle.
ANALYSIS
Oliver begins the season just as he ended the last one by collecting a high number of marks. Even against more talented teams than the Dockers, Oliver will consistently be worth considering if the cost isn't too high as he'll be reliable just about every week.
Scores in loss
MMelbourne Demons
August 22, 2020
Oliver scored one goal and collected 15 disposals (nine kicks, six handballs) while also making seven tackles and completing five clearances during Friday's 80-52 loss to Western Bulldogs.
ANALYSIS
After a dominant start to August, Oliver's numbers have fallen back towards more normal levels. However, normal for him isn't the same as everyone else, and he's now scored in three of his last four matches. If the Demons are to make the finals, Oliver may need to always push for more touches.
Stars in Wednesday's big win
MMelbourne Demons
August 6, 2020
Oliver produced 34 disposals (17 kicks, 17 handballs), six tackles, five marks and one goal in Wednesday's 88-37 victory over the Crows.
ANALYSIS
Oliver turned in one of the best individual performances of the season, guiding the Demons to a comfortable 51-point victory. He is having the best season of his career and currently ranks inside the top-10 in basically every statistical category. At only 23 years of age, Oliver still has time to develop, and that in itself should result in him being a fantasy juggernaut for years to come.
