Stewart underwent surgery this week to address his fractured collarbone and will be sidelined 4-to-8 weeks, reports.
Stewart broke his collarbone during Sunday's win over Melbourne, but he's now looking at an extended absence following the procedure. Coach Chris Scott indicated Lachie Henderson could take Stewart's place in the lineup, though Mark O'Connor has also played well.

Stewart broke his collarbone during Sunday's 47-44 win over Melbourne, according to his team's official website. No official timeline was given for Stewart's recovery.
Though severe, and likely to keep out Stewart for an extended period of time, the team didn't have much to say about Stewart's status without any test results to share. In any case, coach Chris. Stewart made seven marks in addition to logging 16 disposals from 14 kicks and two handballs during Saturday's 79-77 loss to Carlton.
Stewart, who also logged five tackles, has done well by himself over the past two rounds. He'll hope to continue his efforts against Melbourne.
