Returning Sunday
DFremantle Dockers
August 1, 2020
Head Coach Anthony Rock confirmed Saturday that Cox (hip) is fit once again and is back in the starting lineup for Fremantle on Sunday as they take on Collingwood.
ANALYSIS
Cox suffered a hip injury back in late June and has been in and out of matches over the last month as a result. After being a late scratch in Round 8, Cox has found his way back into the starting lineup and will hopefully hold his place for the near future.

Late withdraw in Round 8
DFremantle Dockers
Hip
July 27, 2020
Cox (hip) was a late withdraw from Monday's contest against the Cats.
ANALYSIS
Cox was missed in Round 8, as the Dockers lost by 32 points. It's not clear what the issue is with Cox's hip, but he will look to return to the lineup next week against Collingwood.
On track to play in Round 7
DFremantle Dockers
July 13, 2020
Cox, who was a late scratch ahead of Fremantle's 79-73 win over St. Kilda in Round 6 due to a hip flexor, is in line to be available Sunday in the Dockers' Round 7 match versus West Coast.
ANALYSIS
Dockers high performance manager Jason Weber said Cox was close to playing in the win over the Saints, but Fremantle opted to hold him out as a precaution. Assuming Cox increases the intensity of his training this week, he'll be back in the lineup for Round 7.

July 10, 2020
Cox (hip) is a late scratch for Saturday's matchup with the Saints.
ANALYSIS
Cox was hoping to return from a hip injury, but it looks like the team will opt to err on the side of caution. He was originally expected to be sidelined for 1-3 weeks, and he is currently in the middle of that time frame. He will be replaced by Taylin Duman.
Could return Saturday
DFremantle Dockers
Hip
July 7, 2020
Cox (hip) could return Saturday to face St. Kilda, according to General Manager of Football Peter Bell. "Brennan (Cox) is similar to Nathan (Fyfe), in that he's really progressed over the past few days and we're looking forward to him training and pressing his claims for match committee."
ANALYSIS
Cox has missed two consecutive matches and would provide a much needed boost to an injury filled and struggling team, if healthy.
Out 1-3 weeks with hip issue
DFremantle Dockers
Hip
June 30, 2020
Cox was unavailable for the Round 4 match versus Gold Coast due to a hip injury and owns a 1-3 week timetable for return scheduling him to sit out at least Sunday's tilt versus Adelaide as well.
ANALYSIS
Cox timetable leaves open the possibility of up to three weeks on the shelf, so it's best to wait for word of his impending return before looking into inserting him in fantasy lineups.
