Isaac Smith
Logs 27 disposals, 11 marks in win
FGeelong Cats
May 14, 2021
Smith scored one behind to go with 27 disposals (20 kicks, seven handballs) and made 11 marks during Friday's 67-48 win over Saint Kilda.
Smith doesn't have nearly as much scoring potential as someone like Mitchell Duncan, but he's logged at least 10 marks on four occasions this season and has only dipped below 20 disposals once. When looking for someone capable of better numbers from a forward role or in the midfield at a lower price, Smith could fit the bill.

Solid in loss
FGeelong Cats
March 20, 2021
Smith scored two majors and one behind to go with 21 disposals (15 kicks, six handballs) and made six marks during Saturday's 103-91 loss to Adelaide.
Smith has already scored nearly as many points in one match as he did in all of last season. While it may not be likely that he can keep up the pace, the rest of his production is solid for a defender and worth monitoring in the right situation.
Unavailable for Round 12
FHawthorn Hawks
August 15, 2020
Smith (shoulder) will be out of action Sunday against the Eagles after suffering a shoulder injury in the match Monday versus the Dockers, Max Laughton of Fox Footy reports.
It seems as though Smith was unable to check all the boxes in order to receive clearance to play in Sunday's match. He should continue to progress throughout the week with the hopes that he will be healthy enough to return in Round 13 against Port Adelaide.
Exits with shoulder injury
FHawthorn Hawks
August 10, 2020
Smith departed Tuesday's match versus Fremantle with a shoulder injury.
Per head coach Alastair Clarkson, Smith will be checked out during the week and is certainly a question mark for the Round 12 clash with West Coast. Look for more information on his status to be released in the coming days.
Attractive performance in upset
FHawthorn Hawks
June 18, 2020
Smith contributed 29 disposals (19 kicks, 10 handballs), four marks, one tackle and one goal in Thursday's 71-39 victory over the Tigers.
Smith was fantastic for the Hawks as they stunned the flag favorites to the tune of 32 points. Smith was dominant early as the Hawks build up a hefty lead at the first break. His game-high 29 disposals capped off what was a remarkable turnaround after they were soundly beaten by the Cats only six days prior. Only time will tell as to which Hawks team is going to run out on the field every week with the latter certainly looking like a force to be reckoned with.
