Sportsbook Review: DraftKings Sportsbook

AJ's Experience Using DraftKings SportsBook:

My first time using the DraftKings Sportsbook application was at the 2019 DraftKings Sports Betting National Championship, which took place in New Jersey.  I could navigate the application easily because the home screen neatly organizes each menu for every sport. With a simple few clicks on the sport and bet of my choice, the bet slip pops up, asking how much the wager is and whether it's a single, parlay, or round-robin. Once the bets are placed, I watched the NFL, NBA, NCAAB, and other games with my peers at the event. After athletes played the games for the day, I noticed the winning wagers' payouts are promptly credited to the account.

The 'My Bets' menu differentiates the bets placed into separate categories: all, unsettled, settled, won, and lost. The 'Live In-Game' menu is for live betting, which has become much more popular with the perceived edge users have gotten while paying attention to the event and crunching some numbers. The 'Promos' category is friendly for users as it encourages free bets, deposit bonuses, free-to-play pools, and other cool stuff that gets updated regularly.

The 'Help' menu lists various Frequently Asked Questions. If the users do not get their inquiry answered after reviewing the FAQs, they can contact DraftKings directly by selecting the 'Contact Us' option below. Under the 'Pools' menu, private pools can be joined by an invitation code sent by the pool owner, some of which require a $0 entry fee. Also, the 'Pools' menu provides the option of creating a pool for numerous sports. Under the 'VIP' menu, there is a brief description of the VIP status for DraftKings, which is invitation only. Under the 'Social' menu, lists the friends you have on the application, making it convenient to play head to head. Users can administer friend requests via email, Facebook, Twitter, and personal link.

Overall, I rate this application highly because of its organization, user-friendliness, convenience, and straightforwardness. I give it a 10/10 review.
