Adam Serwinowski News: Lands with L.A. in three-team deal
The Dodgers acquired Serwinowski on Wednesday as part of a three-team trade involving the Reds and Rays, Jeff Passan of ESPN.com reports.
The Rays acquired Serwinowski and right-hander Brian Van Belle from the Reds in exchange for right-hander Zack Littell, and the left-hander was then flipped to the Dodgers as part of a three-player package that sent catcher Hunter Feduccia to Tampa Bay. Serwinowski, 21, has pitched at High-A Dayton throughout the season, logging a 4.84 ERA and 1.44 WHIP across 19 appearances (17 starts). He boasts impressive strikeout numbers (92 through 74.1 innings), but he'll need to improve his command before climbing further up the Dodgers' farm system.
