Colt Keith Injury: Exits with injury

Keith was removed from Thursday's game against the Guardians due to an apparent back injury, Evan Petzold of the Detroit Free Press reports.

Keith was spotted grabbing at his lower back at the end of the second inning before heading into the clubhouse alongside one of the Tigers' trainers. The severity of his injury isn't immediately clear, but the team should provide an update in the near future.
