Joe Ross News: Gets MiLB deal from Cubs

The Cubs signed Ross to a minor-league contract Monday.

Ross was released by the Phillies last week after collecting a 5.12 ERA, 1.47 WHIP and 39:18 K:BB over 51 innings. He will give the Cubs some experienced depth with the ability to work multiple innings.
