Mike Tauchman News: Losing playing time

Tauchman is not in the lineup for Friday's game in Detroit.

It marks the third straight game that the left-handed-hitting Tauchman has been absent from the lineup, and all three contests have been against right-handed pitching. The 32-year-old has just a .616 OPS since Aug. 1, and the White Sox appear ready to turn to younger options in the outfield. Will Robertson is in right field Friday.
