Nick Fortes News: Playing time picking up

Fortes went 1-for-4 with a double and an RBI on Saturday against the Red Sox.

Fortes started his second straight game behind the plate and has now been in the lineup in eight of the Rays' last 13 games. He has hit .286 with four RBI and two runs scored in that span, which could be enough to maintain a playing time advantage over Hunter Feduccia for the final week of the regular season.
