Ronny Simon Injury: Moved to 60-day IL

The Pirates transferred Simon (shoulder) from the 10-day injured list to the 60-day injured list Tuesday.

The transaction frees up a spot on the 40-man roster for the addition of Hunter Barco. It was announced previously that Simon will undergo surgery in October to repair a torn labrum in his left shoulder.
