Ryan Kreidler News: DFA'd by Tigers

The Tigers designated Kreidler for assignment Friday, Evan Petzold of the Detroit Free Press reports.

Kreidler has spent most of the 2025 season in the minor leagues, and he hasn't logged a big-league at-bat since April 20. The 27-year-old infielder will surrender his spot on the 40-man roster to Drew Sommers, who had his contract selected from Triple-A Toledo.
