Taylor Rashi News: Selected to active roster

The Diamondbacks selected Rashi's contract from Triple-A Reno on Wednesday.

Rashi has spent the entire season in Triple-A, where he owns a 3.48 ERA and a 1.37 WHIP through 67.1 innings. The 29-year-old will now join the big-league roster for the first time in his career to replace Juan Morillo, who was optioned to Reno in a corresponding move. Rashi will likely pitch in middle relief to begin his MLB career.
