Yandy Diaz Injury: Avoids serious injury

Diaz has a low-grade hamstring injury, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

Diaz suffered the injury while running the bases in the fifth inning of Thursday's game against the Cardinals. He may be forced to miss Saturday's game -- the Rays are off Friday -- but it doesn't sound as if Diaz has suffered a significant injury.
