RotoWire's Preseason Outlooks
There was no outlook written for Marcus Wilson.
Wilson is young for his age group, taken as a 17-year-old with the 69th pick in the 2014 draft. A lanky 6-foot-3, 175-pound outfielder, Wilson is a toolsy project, and could spend the entire 2015 season back in rookie ball. If he can add enough mass to fill out to 200 pounds, resembling someone like Cameron Maybin, then it would be a lot easier to project him as more than just a speedy fourth-outfielder/defensive-replacement type, but right now itís hard to see much more than that, if he can even make it to the show. He wonít turn 19 until August 15 and could be in the minors for another four-to-five years, meaning he can be ignored in most dynasty leagues.
