The speedy Jones was the organizational player of the year in 2008, so 2009 has to be considered a disappointment. That said, a .360 on-base percentage isn't bad for a 22-year-old in Double-A, and that makes him better than 90 percent of the other speedy minor league outfielders out there. He'll get a shot at an outfield spot in St. Louis this spring, but it's more likely he'll get a bit more minor league seasoning before joining the bigs.

Jones was the organizational player of the year for the Cardinals last year, hitting a combined .316/.407/.483 in High-A and Double-A ball. Jones has some pop and a decent batting eye, but his real fantasy value will come in his steals - he had 24 last year as a 21-year-old. If he can hit 15 homers and bat .300 in the majors, he'll command big fantasy dollars some day. Keep him tucked away.
