Guerrero signed with the Mets for $1.5 million on Thursday, Baseball America's Ben Badler reports.
ANALYSIS
A 16-year-old Dominican shortstop, Guerrero is the No. 6 international prospect, according to Baseball America. He's the nephew of Vladimir Guerrero, and like his uncle, Guerrero will be lauded for his ability to hit. That said, he also stands a good chance of sticking at shortstop, so there's a lot to like here from a fantasy perspective.
