ANALYSIS
The tools here are intriguing, as Banks features a picturesque swing from the left side, above-average raw power and some decent speed. However, he underwent surgery last year to have a cyst removed from his lower back, and there have been murmurs that his skills have fallen off since the procedure. It's unfortunate, but if Banks gets healthy and returns to the form that led to him hitting .386 with a .491 OBP for Team USA last year, he could prove a bargain at this point in the draft.
