Nolan Fontana

The 26-year-old Fontana reached the major leagues for the first time in 2017, cracking one home run (his lone hit) in 20 at-bats. He has a bit of speed as well, but his impact in other categories will likely be minimal -- Fontana has hit just 7.9 homers per 162 games in the minors, with a career minor-league batting average of .244. It's difficult to imagine he will find both unexpected playing time and sudden power, which are the two things he will need to gain relevance in standard formats.
