Ryan Tucker

Tucker lost a valuable season of development to knee surgery, something he could ill afford to lose given his need to improve his control and try to find an off-speed pitch, but his electric fastball/slider arsenal still figures to have a bright future in the big league bullpen if he can't cut it as a starter. He'll start the year at Triple-A, and probably get one more shot at establishing himself in the rotation before the Marlins commit him to a relief path.
