Dawson Garcia News: Waived by Pistons

The Pistons waived Garcia on Friday, Keith Smith of Spotrac.com reports.

Garcia was part of the Pistons' training camp roster, but this move was extremely likely to happen since the former Minnesota standout had virtually no shot to make Detroit's Opening Night roster. He's expected to play for the Motor City Cruise in the G League.
