Jalen Johnson News: Resting Thursday

Johnson is out for rest purposes for Thursday's preseason finale against the Rockets, Brad Rowland of the Locked On Podcast Network reports.

The Hawks had signaled earlier in the week that their starters would all be in action Thursday, but they've since decided to give Johnson the night off. The star forward should be ready to roll for the start of the regular season, which begins Wednesday against the Raptors.
