Johnell Davis News: Let go by Orlando

The Magic waived Davis on Monday, Jason Beede of the Orlando Sentinel reports.

Davis signed an Exhibit 10 deal with the Magic on Sunday but was ultimately waived. However, the club will retain his G League rights, so he will likely join the Osceola Magic for the 2025-26 campaign. The undrafted rookie spent his final collegiate season at Arkansas, where he averaged 12.0 points, 3.4 rebounds, 1.6 assists and 1.4 steals across 31.6 minutes per contest in 34 appearances.
