Kelly Olynyk Injury: Won't play Monday

Olynyk (heel) will not play in Monday's preseason game against the Pacers, Spurs commentator Jacob Tobey reports.

Olynyk is participating in basketball activities but remains sidelined following left heel surgery in April. With one preseason game left Friday against the Pacers, the Spurs appear to be targeting the veteran's season debut for the regular-season opener Oct. 22 against the Mavericks.
