LaMelo Ball Injury: Downgraded to doubtful

Ball (ankle) is now doubtful for Friday's game against the Heat, Roderick Boone of The Charlotte Observer reports.

The Hornets have downgraded Ball from questionable to doubtful, setting the superstar guard up for a third straight absence. With Collin Sexton (neck) also unlikely to play, the Charlotte backcourt should be helmed by Tre Mann, Kon Knueppel and Sion James on Friday.
