If Delk isn't traded before the end of camp, he figures to be the third option at point guard behind Joe Johnson and Tyronn Lue.
Delk will be the primary backup at point guard and could also play some shooting guard as well. The Atlanta starting lineup is a wide open competition, but we don't think Delk will play anything more than a reserve role.
Delk will back-up Paul Pierce at the shooting guard and will play a lot of minutes when Boston goes small. He's a very good 3-point shooter who has hit some big shots in a Celtic uniform.
