Myles Powell

Myles Blake Powell was born in Trenton, New Jersey in July of 1997. He is the son of Jeanette Moore and Noel Powell and has seven siblings. Powell attended three different high schools during his prep school days. He started at Medford Tech, then transferred to Trenton Catholic for his sophomore and junior seasons, and finished high school at South Kent in Connecticut. At South Kent, Powell averaged 25 points per game. From 2016 to 2020, Powell attended Seaton Hall University. As a freshman Pirate, Powell started only two games but averaged 10.7 points over 23.8 minutes per game. Then, over his last three years at Seaton Hall, Powell started 95 of 96 games. After his senior season, in which he posted 21.0 points, 4.3 rebounds and 2.8 three-pointers per game, he was named the 2020 Big East Player of the Year, a First-Team All-American and won the Jerry West Award. After going undrafted in the 2020 NBA Draft, Powell played for the Westchester Knicks in the G League. In December of 2021, Powell signed a two-way contract with the Philadelphia 76ers.
