Personal Bio/PreCareer Summary

Dadiet started his career at Paris Basketball, but he moved to Germany at a young age and joined Orange Academy Ratiopharm, where things went fast for him. He's now logging regular rotation minutes at a high level since he plays for Ratiopharm Ulm, where he's been making his presence felt in the Eurocup, Europe's second-biggest club competition. Dadiet is averaging 6.4 points, 1.6 rebounds and 0.6 steals across 14.9 minutes per game in 18 Eurocup appearances this season. He also has plenty of international experience for his age. Dadiet represented France at the 2021 FIBA U16 European Challengers, where he played five games and averaged 6.0 points and 1.4 rebounds. He also featured in the 2022 FIBA Under-17 Basketball World Cup, averaging 4.3 points, 2.2 assists and 1.4 rebounds while helping France secure the bronze medal. Dadiet is a young player who's still growing into his body, which is to be expected at 17 years old, and he's still learning the nuances of playing the game at a high level. The 6-foot-8 forward has a solid frame for his age, and his broad shoulders and agility allow him to defend multiple positions. His lateral quickness and above-average acceleration are traits that project him as someone who should be capable of guarding NBA-caliber guards and wings. However, his off-ball defense is not on par. He can consistently knock down open 3s on offense and positions himself well on the perimeter, but he hasn't shown the makings of an elite shooter. He's a good finisher near the rim, though, and that ability should translate well to the next level. Dadiet reads the game well off the ball, but his decision-making ability could improve, particularly when opposing defenses close out on him. Dadiet's projection is firmly tied to his decision of either declaring for the 2024 NBA Draft or staying in Europe and coming back for the 2025 draft with one more year of experience under his belt. That would ultimately decide where he lands in the draft, as well as seeing what might be the best path for his development. He has the potential to become a solid "3-and-D" starter at the NBA level, though he's not expected to earn that role right away, mainly because he still has to clean up some things on the defensive end of the court while taking the next step with his shooting from beyond the arc.

Scores 19 points with five boards
FNew York Knicks
July 17, 2026
Dadiet tallied 19 points (7-15 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 3-5 FT), five rebounds, one assist and one steal across 23 minutes during Friday's 110-88 Las Vegas Summer League loss to the Mavericks.
ANALYSIS
Dadiet struggled to get his three-point shot to drop, but that was a team-wide trend, with New York going just 8-for-41 from distance in the blowout loss. Still, he flashed some of his scoring upside, leading the Knicks in points for the second time in Las Vegas.

2024 Fantasy Outlook
Dadiet has all the tools to grow into an impactful NBA wing in the future, but he's a few years away from making an impact, and he's widely expected to start his career as a deep part of the rotation if he's not sent to Westchester to play in the G League. At his best, Dadiet can score on all three levels and isn't afraid to create for himself. However, he'll need some time to develop into a more well-rounded player, meaning his fantasy upside should be almost minimal. He's a player worth stashing in deep dynasty formats, but that's about it when it comes to his draft-day upside.

Latest Fantasy Rumors
Long shot for rotation role
FNew York Knicks
August 11, 2026
Dadiet is not seen as a potential contributor for the Knicks ahead of the 2026-27 season, according to James Edwards III of The Athletic.
ANALYSIS
According to Edwards, Dadiet has yet to show a consistent three-point shot and isn't currently a player who creates offense. Those limitations make him a long shot to crack New York's rotation in 2026-27, especially for a team that has Miles McBride, Landry Shamet, Jose Alvarado, Jordan Clarkson and Tyler Kolek as options behind a stalwart starting lineup that carried the Knicks to their first championship since 1973.
