Mechanical Problems in Hungary
Gasly suffered a mechanical failure and finished 20th in the Hungarian Grand Prix Formula 1 race at the Hungaroring in Budapest on Sunday afternoon.
ANALYSIS
Gasly's race would start well enough despite starting in the rear of the field. He would race up to P10 by lap 17 and look like one of the possible big movers of the day. However, his Alpine Renault would develop a problem several laps later, and Gasly would retire to the garage area by lap 33 with an apparent hydraulic leak. The failure would make Gasly the first driver to retire from the race and would be saddled with a disappointing 20th-place finish in Budapest.
