Taylor finished tied for 13th in his home country's national open after carding a final round 67.
ANALYSIS
Taylor began his week with rounds of 66 and 65 to put himself into contention going into the weekend. But after shooting a one-under 69 in Round 3 and a three-under 67 in his final round, Taylor was unable to keep his hot start going. A tie for 13th is still another good finish for Taylor, who now has four top-20s, including a solo fourth, in four of his last five tournaments. With as good as Taylor's ball striking has been in these last five tournaments, Taylor will need his play off the tee to improve if he wants to continue to put himself in a position to win tournaments. He will look to make it five out of six top-20s next week at Oakmont.
