ANALYSIS
While Peguero more than held his own during his time with Triple-A Memphis (.283/.355/.435), it's clear he did not factor in the Cardinals' major league plans and there must not have been much interest from around the league. Peguero, who hit 30 homers in the minors in 2014, will look to increase his stock with the Golden Eagles and likely try to return stateside in 2017.
