Hopeful to return Monday
Yankees manager Aaron Boone said Friday that Stanton (hamstring) is aiming to return for Monday's series opener against the Phillies, Gary Phillips of the New York Daily News reports.

He wasn't assigned to any minor-league games as part of his rehab program, and the 34-year-old slugger appears poised to join the Yankees following the weekend series against the Red Sox.
