ANALYSIS
Rhoades has yet to make his major-league debut but was effective in 2018, amassing a 2.54 ERA and 1.15 WHIP over 78 innings in Double-A and Triple-A. Last year he struggled with a 7.02 ERA and 74:35 K:BB, working exclusively with Triple-A Salt Lake. Given his past success, it wouldn't be surprising to see him eventually latch on elsewhere as organizational depth, but he'll have to show more consistency prior to appearing in the majors.
