The 22-year-old, selected in the 37th round of the 2012 draft, hit .257/.333/.430 with 20 homers and 69 RBI (53:113 BB:K) over 495 at-bats in the Midwest League with Low-A Beloit in 2013. He'll likely get a look at High-A in the Nats' organization to begin 2014, but for now, Wooten is not regarded as a top prospect.
