ANALYSIS
The former seventh-round draft pick spent the past seven seasons in the Nationals organization, but found relatively little success at any stop in the minor leagues. Most recently, he split time between Washington's Double-A and Triple-A affiliates, but he only managed to produce a .146 batting average and a 34 percent strikeout rate during his time at Syracuse. Keyes has some power potential, but his inability to make contact will likely keep him as an organizational depth piece for the foreseeable future.
